What is Troxerutin ?

troxerutin, chemical name 7,3,4, -tri (O-(2-hydroxyhexyl)) rutin, which is a mixture of hydroxyethyl rutin obtained by hydroxyethylation of rutin, yellow, yellowish-green or light brown-yellow powder, odorless salty, wet, the main product of its hydrolysis is hypericin. Troxutin is a semi-synthetic flavonoid Chemicalbook compound made by hydroxyethylation of rutin.
