What is Vine Tea Extract 98% Dihydromyricetin DHM ?

 

Insen Dihydromyricetin is a natural ingredients extracted from vine tea . The main active ingredient is flavonoids. easily soluble in hot water, hot ethanol, soluble in ethanol and methanol, slightly soluble in ethyl, insoluble in chloroform and petroleum. Studies have shown that dihydromyricetin has good thermal stability, but dihydromyricetin will undergo an irreversible oxidation reaction with increasing temperature above 100 ° C. Dihydromyricetin is stable under neutral and slightly acidic conditions.

1.Pharmacological experiments show that dihydromyricetin is effective against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Bacillus aerogenes, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Rhodotorula viscose, Penicillium, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Mucor and rootMold has antibacterial effect, especially for Gram-positive, Gram-negative cocci or bacilli.

2.Dihydromyricetin has a significant protective effect on carbon tetrachloride poisoning injury of rat hepatocytes cultured in vitro, and mouse liver injury induced by D2 galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide.Dihydromyricetin can protect the liver, accelerate the rapid decomposition of acetaldehyde, a metabolite of ethanol, and turn it into a non-toxic substance, reducing its damage to liver cells.

3.Dihydromyricetin can reduce serum triacylglycerol (TG) content in streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemia rats, but has no significant effect on serum total cholesterol (TC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL2C) content.
